Confirmation
As United Methodists, confirm
our teens into the church through a 12 session Confirmation
class offered every spring. Confirmation is an hour long
presentation of the basics of Christianity and United
Methodism, where at the end, the students are give the
opportunity to confirm their faith in Jesus Christ and
to become a full participating member in the body of
St. Peter’s. Along with the confirmation classes,
the students are given opportunities to serve the community
through a hunger walk and to attend a denominational
gathering of their peers. Those interested in attending
Confirmation should contact the church office early January. |
