St. Peterís Youth Ministry holds missions as an extremely high priority. We feel as though the opportunity to leave our home comforts and to be able to serve others is an essential part of growing in Christ. Below you will be able to find a number of helpful resources concerning our summer trips. Currently we are participating with TEAMeffort for our missions programs. Great work weeks in locations like Copperhill, Atlanta, New Orleans, Jacksonville, Cherokee Nation, Washington DC, and more. Specific details concerning travel arrangements, packing list and other trip information will be given during a parent meeting in the spring.

"Warren Willis Camp"

Camp has continually been one of our students favorite activities of the summer. As a church we will travel together week 6, however all weeks are open for you to enjoy on your own. Below you will be able to find a number of helpful resources concerning your summer registration. Additional information concerns camper activities, what to bring, a camper handout and a parent information letter will be available on the Warren Willis website in the January.

Online Registration:

The best way for students to register with camp is online. You can follow the link below. Campers who register online will know immediately whether they are in the week of their choice. Deposit for online registration is only $75.00 as compared to $100 for paper registrations, but total camp fee will not change. Campers can also continue to access their account information to stay up-to-date on payments, etc. There is no hassle of your camper having to wait to hear back to see if their registration form was received or not. You can go home and register your children online and then you can check their status on our web site to ensure they are in! Register Now!

Scholarship Forms Available:

Warren Willis and St. Peterís UMC both offer scholarships for eligible campers. These scholarships will help cover a portion of the cost for you as a parent. The Florida Annual Conference of the UM Church provides Warren Willis with scholarship money to help families with financial need. All portions of the scholarship form must be filled out to be considered. Scholarships are due by April 1, 2015. You can access the Warren Willis scholarship through a tab on their website or a link below. Those interested in the St. Peterís scholarship should pick up the proper form located outside of the Youth Directorís office.

You may also find it helpful to note that Upward Basketball hours served will count towards earning to summer activities. This system is set up similarly to the Pumpkin Patch. Meaning the hours you served at the Pumpkin Patch or Upward Basketball will help earn you money towards camp. Money earned is listed on the Youth bulletin board in the Classroom Wing. Scholarship Form Available on Website or here.
